VirtualCare Update: Group Visits and Instant Visits Now Available
We have exciting news about two new features in VirtualCare.
Group Visits are now available, and allow multiple participants to join in a virtual visit. Both healthcare providers and patients can invite and admit additional participants into the visit for part of or all of the session.

We have also launched Instant Visits. This feature allows providers to start a Virtual Visit instantly without having to schedule an appointment. Instant Visits is especially useful when a patient has pressing health concerns.

These updates are live in VirtualCare for mental health and primary care users, and no action is required on your end.
